এই উদ্দেশ্যে Royal College of Surgeons of England তৈরি করেছে একটি globally accepted framework:

CCrISP (Care for Critically Ill Surgical Patients)

আমাদের কোর্স সেই CCrISP principles ব্যবহার করে জুনিয়র ডাক্তারদের surgical ward management-এএকটি structured, safe, repeatable system গড়ে তুলতে সাহায্য করবে।

কোর্সের উদ্দেশ্য

• জুনিয়র ডাক্তারদের সার্জিকাল পেশেন্টের প্রাথমিক ম্যানেজমেন্টে একটি protocol-based habit তৈরি করা
• ইমার্জেন্সি ম্যানেজমেন্টে কনফিডেন্স বাড়ানো
• Follow-up ও handover-এ একটি standardized system follow করানোর অভ্যাস করা
• MRCS পরীক্ষার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ CCrISP Protocol সম্পর্কে পরিষ্কার ধারণা দেওয়া

Course Duration & Delivery

Course Duration: 4 Modules

Course Delivery: Live Sessions via Zoom

Course Modules

Module 1:

Management of Critically Ill Surgical Patients (CCrISP protocol)

– ABCDE approach

– Early recognition of deterioration

– Emergency priorities and escalation

Module 2:

Management of Stable Surgical Patients (CCrISP protocol)

– Structured daily assessment

– Planning investigations

– Identifying early risk factors

Module 3:

Pre- and Post-operative Orders + Discharge Letter

– Standard postop orders

– Fluid/analgesia/antibiotic planning

– Complete and safe discharge documentation

Module 4:

Follow-up & Handover Systems

– SOAP method for structured follow-up

– SBAR method for safe handover

Certification

Certificate of Attendance will be provided at the end of the course.
