📌Indication of SAPT:

1. Low risk TIA (ABCD score < 4)
2. Moderate to severe Ischemic stroke
   (NIHSS score >_ 5)

📌Indication of DAPT:

1. High risk TIA (ABCD score >_ 4)
2. Mild Ischemic stroke (NIHSS score <5)
3. Intracranial large artery atherosclerosis

📎 DAPT কতদিন দিবো?

• 21 days followed by SAPT.
  -90 days followed by SAPT in case of Intracranial large artery atherosclerosis

📎 Notes:

♨️DAPT: Dual antiplatelet therapy eg. Aspirin+Clopidogrel
♨️SAPT: Single anti platelet therapy eg. Aspirin only.
♨️NIHSS: National Institute of Health Stroke Scale
♨️ABCD2: Age, Blood pressure, Clinical features, Duration, Diabetes
